Each bracelet comes with a blank cardstock paper insert to write your baby's info on. It slips right into and out of the bracelet.

PLEASE NOTE: Like most hospital ID bracelets or bands, once you snap it on you can not remove it and reuse it again, it has to be cut off. If you want to reuse it I recommend either using tape to attach it or a small dot of hot glue, then it can easily be removed and reused.
